I applied online. I interviewed at Pfizer (Kildare) in Nov 2019
Interview
First had to do a phone interview which was quick and pretty basic, assessment centre was next with a lot of people so hard to make an impression and finally interviews held in office
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pfizer (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2019
Interview
Applied online, had a brief 15 min phone call and was then offered an assessment centre. The phone call involved mostly behavioural questions, what I would do if ethically I didn't agree with a certain situation. Also was asked if I'd definitely take the graduate position if it was offered to me.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pfizer (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Three-stage interview process.
First was a phone interview to assess aptitude. Asked the usual questions concerning: communication skills, teamwork, ability to follow directions. Very short about 20-25mins so expect to be pressed for short answers.
The second was the Assessment Centre. An afternoon of aptitude tests including numerical reasoning, verbal and logical reasoning (Shapes and patterns). Had time to chat with other candidates but I would recommend you purposely chat with the staff. Ended with a group discussion. Overall very enjoyable and easy-going day. Provided lots of insight.
Third and final stage, on-site interview. Two interviewers asked me to talk them through my CV, with follow up questions on my interests in the program. Followed by competency-based questions. Finished off with more technical questions on industry knowledge: "What's your understanding of GMP?" etc. Both interviewers were very friendly and encouraging pressing me for as much detail and giving plenty of opportunity for clarification etc.
