PepsiCo Sales Leadership Program interview questions

First, did an online interview where you were given a question and then your answers were recorded with a time limit. I passed the first round, and the second round was a full day at one of their plants. This part of the interview was very enjoyable and fun! You really got a feel of the company culture, and it was a great opportunity to learn lots about the company.

Interview process consisted of three rounds of interviews. 1st: Online self recorded video answers to interview questions (approx. 6 questions). 2nd: In person interview that involved a short presentation to 4-5 department heads. 3rd: In person interview with HR lead and another department head.
