Very well organized and fair questions. Three rounds (video interview, panel interview/presentation, and case competition with executive interviewers). The final round also allowed for meeting other candidates across Canada which made the process more enjoyable.

First, did an online interview where you were given a question and then your answers were recorded with a time limit.
I passed the first round, and the second round was a full day at one of their plants. This part of the interview was very enjoyable and fun! You really got a feel of the company culture, and it was a great opportunity to learn lots about the company.

One really important factor that is important to PepsiCo is your ability to overcome failure. Make sure you are specific and give GOOD examples! Being able and willing to travel is another key factor.

Interview process consisted of three rounds of interviews. 1st: Online self recorded video answers to interview questions (approx. 6 questions). 2nd: In person interview that involved a short presentation to 4-5 department heads. 3rd: In person interview with HR lead and another department head.
