PepsiCo Management Trainee interview questions

The interview process consisted of a few situation questions and asked which location I would prefer to work at. They asked me leadership questions and questions regarding driving the unit to locations and how well I would be able to keep track of the orders.

The Process was quite painful. Started off with a written test, proceeded with two interviews; one telephonic and the other face to face. both were quite easy and the interviewers picked up stuff from the resume. Then as the Assessment day where we were given a case study to solve and present.
