PepsiCo Sr. Analyst interview questions

Standard behavioral interview. Nothing too technical or difficult. Met with about 5 people on the team so the interview took all morning but also allowed me to meet the team and ask ample questions about the role, team, company, etc.

I cleared both round and interviewer was happy with my profile.but in the HR round i got rejected because that HR was from my current company and he informed my boss that i am looking for job.i never seen a HR like that. dont know why PepsiCo hired a employee like him
