I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Feb 2009
Interview
The process was long with long waiting gaps in between. There were many steps to the process and each seemed to be handled by a different HR contractor. After the initial application, I was contacted very quickly and advised I was selected for a phone interview. During the interview the requirements of the job were stressed and we talked about my resume. Then I had to do all the various tests, wait for results at each stage and then go in for an in person interview. I was offered the job a few days after that final interview.
It was not too hard of a process, asked basic behavioral questions. it was a couple rounds but nothing tehcnical, wanted to see how you work with conflict and in team settings
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
