I have applied for this post seeing their add for the above position in Dice.com. After one month of applying there was call from HR represetative asking some general questions regarding my experience, expected salary, present postition, why I wanted to shift the company and avilable date for technical interview.
After One week of the call there was call from technical manager, more on technical interview. This interview was for a postion of Sr.Business Analyst - in MM/SRM areas. The inerview includeded (1:1 interview) my experience in SAP MM Module mainly in purchasing. The entire interview went well and then they asked about my expectation about the offer, and opennes to travel etc., Then technical manager informed he was happy with the interview and his boss along with HR rep will call me within a week. But after that there was no call and I called back the tech manager after one month to findout what happend with the postion and he informed due to market condition they differed filling that postion to year end and advised me to call back, during this he reiterated he was happy with my experience and interview.
I call them agian after 4 months serveral times as adivsed by him but with no response and they won;t pickup the call. I felt entire process as non professional and not providing actual facts.
