I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Saint John, NB) in Oct 2009
Interview
I met Frito Lays sales manager at the career fair and I gave my resume. One of the managers called me for a Telephonic Interview. If you are interested in Sales, it is a good place to develop leadership from the scratch.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was great, had an informal tone and the interviewers were very kind and engaging. The questions asked were more about team dynamics rather than technical qualifications to see how you would fit in the company.

Question 1
Talk about experiences you had that don't show up on your resume
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Seems like they are really people oriented, very business oriented, and very focused on filling their customers needs as opposed to making money. The interviewer was late to the interview and kept texting his customers during the interview. He was a sales manager, not a recruiter, which kind of seemed unfair as all of the other candidates for my position interviewed with a recruiter.
