I got a phone call and it was pretty standard but I felt like all of the questions were super general and basic. Like she didn't ask about my experience at all.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Waterloo, ON) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied online, was contacted shortly after for an interview. Arranged a time on-campus and went in to speak with Pepsico. Was interview by 3 people, 2 senior level and one recent hire from my campus. I was asked mostly behavioural questions and they were very nice.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Talk about a current or future trend that could affect Pepsico negatively, and what the company could do as a whole to mitigate this risk.
Talk about a time in a group setting where you and another group member had different viewpoints and were in a conflict that resulted in both parties being satisfied
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Sep 2023
Interview
3 interviews spanning 2-3 months. So long and uncertain hearing back from them. First two went well, got along with the team. Mostly behavioural questions. Final interview stage felt completely disregarded by interviewer, lasted 15 mins max, did not get a clear answer whether I got the job or not. Did not hear back for a month, reached out only to find out the job has been filled. An email update and more clarity would have been nice.
