PepsiCo Intern interview questions

The interview began with some basic questions about my background and why I was interested in the internship. I talked about my relevant coursework, previous internship experience, and my passion for the food and beverage industry. They also asked me some behavioral questions, such as how I handle difficult situations and how I work in a team. Next, the interviewer asked some more specific questions about my skills and experience related to the internship. I gave some examples of previous projects and coursework that demonstrated my skills in these areas. After that, the interviewer told me a bit more about the internship program and what it would involve. They also asked me if I had any questions for them. I asked about the team structure and what kind of support and mentorship interns receive during their time at Pepsi. Finally, the interview wrapped up with a discussion of next steps. The interviewer let me know that they would be interviewing other candidates and that they would be in touch within the next few weeks to let me know if I had been selected for the next round of interviews.
