I Applied through their website, and had two rounds of interviews, the second being on location. They asked me basic personality test questions. At the one-site interview, I had six different interviews with two people at a time, from different branches within the company. Some of the interviewers asked the same or similar questions.

Applied on Campus, got selected for on campus interview. Met them at the career fair. Try and sell yourself at the career fair, and make a good impression on the recruiters. They will ask you to apply online. Dont be disheartened. When they go through your resumes, they will be able to put a face to the name on the resume. I applied for the manufacturing operations intern. It 1:1 30 minute interview with the supervisor. Mostly behavioral questions. Use the STAR method to answer, Dont give short answers, or vague answer

Applied at the online and visited them at the career fair, got an interview within a week. Interview was somewhat laid back and relaxing. Behavioral and technical side. Technical side was a little more challenging.
