PepsiCo Intern interview questions

Run of the mill interview. Applied online through college networking. On campus interview with an HR manager and a Engineering Manager. Basic STAR questions with a decent conversation to finish.The interviewers were kind and helped keep the atmosphere light. There were no technical questions. They allowed for a long conversation at end of the interview that was directed by my questions.. I heard back within two days with an offer.

The interview process was very simple. I applied for the internship at a career fair and interviewed with the company the next week. There was an initial interview, followed by a route ride and then a final interview. The route ride was a great way to see if this job was something that you would want to make a career out of.
