I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Toronto, ON)
Interview
They ask you a bunch of behavioural questions. A person pursuing CPA is ideal. Looking for leadership/analytical/strong interpersonal skills. There was an estimation question as well. Starts with a phone screen, followed by interview with hiring manager and HR. Final round with director or CFO

Question 1
Tell us about a time you encountered a situation where you demonstrated leadership
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Purchase, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Very easy and quick. Not intimidating in any way, and in a relaxed environment. They clearly tell you what is required of you and what they expect (straightforward). I met 1 on 1 with 4 different people, but again very easy going. You can tell what the culture of the company is based on who you're interviewing with.

Question 1
- Tell us about yourself.
- How does your previous experience tie with what this role is offering?
- Give us an example when you faced a difficult situation with a co-worker and how did you handle it?
- Give us an example of when you were a leader?
Other questions were quite basic and ask about your personal experience in your previous jobs. In certain roles, they also ask you to do an excel test after the interview if the job is heavily excel oriented.
