Interview
Resume Shortlisting followed by a Psychometric test. After this, there was a group discussion (GD) round, and then the final interview. The group discussion round consists of about 7-8 people. They expect you to be calm and composed and see if you have the ability to listen. In the final round, everything in the resume was asked.

The interview was with two people and was very similar to what I expected going in.
They asked fairly standard interview questions. There is large focus on leadership skills.
Make sure to be able to talk about lot o leadership experience.

Interview
Screened at campus interview then travelled onsite for follow up interview. Onsite interview was with 3-4 employees doing similar work plus plant manager. In general, the interview was a mix of testing my resume and explaining what the job rotation would be.
