I was sent a skills quiz. I was contacted by the recruiter the next day after he reviewed my scores to set up an appointment for the upcoming onsite job fair.
I attended a Job Fair on Site
Myself and 10 others met with the recruiter and branch manager, attended a presentation on the company
I interviewed with two CSS's for 30 minutes
The recruiter called me back two days later to welcome me to the company

Was a very long process, 5 interviews and one ride along with a current employee. I was very disappointed that the hiring manager didn't follow the timeline he said he would follow. He missed deadlines he set.

Shortly after I applied, Rebecca from the Recruiting team reached out to me via phone to discuss the position . Following this conversation, an in-person interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. After these conversations, I was offered the chance to connect with my future peers to gain an understanding of the day-to-day work flow of the position. Rebecca was extremely helpful throughout the process and was very responsive any time that I had questions. Everyone I spoke with was professional, followed up on their commitments in a timely fashion, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

Most questions were behavioral based. Nothing too unexpected.
