Paychex interview questions

Interview was virtual, 4 separate interviews and a employee shadow or “ride along”. Discussed compensation and commission structure in depth. Went over offer letter during a zoom and confirmed my employment. Interview process was quick, approximately 2 weeks. The virtual aspect of it actually made it easier in my opinion. Right now my role is entirely virtual so it was nice to sort of get a taste before starting.

Overall it was not a difficult or stressful or scary process. The people come off as very nice and seem to mean well. I enjoyed the people that I met but ultimately did not see it as a good fit for me, personally.
