Paychex interview questions

The interview process was more about me proving I was good at my last job by showing accolades and not discussing my character/etc. I was almost like I was at bar talking to some random regular about "what I do for work".

Friendly, in-depth, and informative. Got a real chance to ask questions and make sure everyone was on the same page. Apply, phone screening, interview and wait for offer (if any). Transparent process.
