Paychex interview questions

The interview process began with an initial phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful in prepping you for the next step. Second interview was a video conference with several hiring managers. The best part was the shadow process where the applicant can speak with a current employee on the position to see their day-to-day process.

It was a laid back environment, everyone seemed chill. The salary was not enough to take the job. I would recommend it for any recent graduate looking to get into payroll/human resources. everyone is very friendly
