Smooth process speaking to both recruiter and manager for open position. Salary isn't competitive unfortunately. Interview process was average and smooth sailing. They answered all of my questions that I had. They seem like a great company to work for culture-wise. Base salary needs to be higher for this type of position. They didn't seem to be negotiable either in regards.
Getting an interview took time and vigilant applying. My particular interview experience was a little tougher than I have experienced in the past. They carefully select candidates by asking unexpected questions and they use a grading sheet/rubric to decide if they want you. Theres a short telephone interview with a recruiter, followed by and interview with a manager or managers, and then they move to a tandem interview with multiple interviewers who take notes and observe.
