Great process with the manager. They asked a lot about me and what I did before then I got offered the job soon after. I liked the company culture of everyone around me
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paychex (Boston, MA) in May 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me regarding a sales position. I read about the company. Sent my resume. I interviewed for one month. One manager stayed in touch with me weekly after the first initial interview which was the best interview I have ever had and he was great . The next step was to go on the road with an employee and then meet the other DSM. Both of these went smoothly. Then next I would interview for one hour again with the decision maker. The interview wasn’t as good, he asked me what I was doing in 2014 which I don’t really know anyone who remembers off the top of their head in a middle of interview what happened 8 years ago. From there he said He was going to call the other manager I had been speaking with for weeks. A few days later the recruiter reached out and said they liked me but want to move me to another division of company. So next I interviewed with a sales rep because the manager wasn’t in. The sales specialist I interviewed with had no prior sales experience when he was hired, my whole background is sales for the past 15 years. After this 4th interview over a span of 4 weeks I got no response from the company ever again after sending each individual person thank you emails.
