Paychex interview questions

The interview questions are read off a list and they go through them 1 by 1 to see how you would answer them. I interviewed with two people (one man and one woman). Very uptight at their office in Henrietta, NY.

The interview with the contract house was simple and more about getting informed than proving that I was the right candidate for the position. The contract house was asking for experience that I have yet to see a need for at the position. There was no interview at Paychex.
