I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Paychex (Rochester, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was an interesting two interviews. Very high level and broad questions. There were a ton of questions about the scrum process and what the typically meetings were like. Describing how to be agile was another key approach to the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2015
Interview
I had 2 phone interviews and 3 face to face interviews. Then you had to present a sales pitch of what you previously sold. I had a ride day and its a little odd but they expect you to be clean shaven if you are a man. No earrings and no facial hair at all!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Culver City, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Recruiter called. Set up a phone interview. A couple days later met with the District Sales Manager and did a personality assessment test. A week later we set up a ride along with a rep and spent a few hours doing that. Came back to the office and met with a team of District Managers and the Regional Manager...nailed it.
