Paychex interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter, interview with direct Supervisor(s), then a 3rd with a Manager in a totally different department who I did not manage the department. It was disappointing to learn during the interview process that the job was quite different than presented in the job description posted. I got the job.

3 step process. Interview with sales manager then go on a ride with the sales rep and then district manager interview. The branch manager interview was very laid back wanted to get to know me as a person went through my background and resume. The sales rep ride was informative got to go on a few appointments and ask a lot of questions. The district manager interview was a two person interview was a little more formal. Lot of situational questions.
