Interview
Email from Recruiter. Phone call with recruiter/panel interview.
If you're skilled enough and good enough at your craft don't waste your time with this company. I can't speak for the company as a whole but the interviewers I interacted with were low-energy and gave off a "loser vibe". If you're already a skilled sales professional there are other roles out there that pay much more. I don't recommend this particular office. Highly unprofessional staff.

Interview
I first spoke with a recruiter on the phone. She was very nice. Then I met with a supervisor at the location and video conferenced with another supervisor that worked remotely which was a bit odd. They were impressed and wanted me to meet their manager that day. I was in the waiting room for 20 minutes until they told me she was in the middle of a conference call, they will call me again to schedule another interview. Received the call and met with the same supervisor and did another conference call with a hiring manager but she worked in Florida. Interview went well and took about an hour. I felt like we made a good connection and told her how I'm very interested in the position. She said I'll hear something in a few weeks. The application online was on a review status for about a week. I emailed the hiring manager to follow up with her regarding the position. She emailed me back and said "Thank you for following up, we will be making our decision this week and you should hear something from us soon". Something told me to check back to the application and see what the status said after she emailed me. It was changed from In Review to We chose another candidate. Why couldn't she just tell me herself? It's very disrespectful and it's a horrible way of being a manager. I heard many great thinks about the company so I guess this was a blessing that I didn't get selected.
I do recommend their recruiting and HR department make sure the hiring team is present face to face. It's very uncomfortable when interviewing with someone via conference call or through video chat. It's not the same experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paychex
Interview
I needed to come back two separate times for in person interviews because they couldn't schedule all of the interviewers at the same time, this was a little frustrating but they were easy interviews if you can sell your customer service.
