I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Miami, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
Three interviews starting with the district manager who I would potentially work under. That was followed by his counterpart who managed the other district in that office. Finally I met with the zone manager who was in charge of every district from Orlando to Key West (And I was blown away by his knowledge and personality and enthusiasm) - I wouldn't have wanted to work anywhere else in the world after that interview. It said something about Paychex that a guy with his ability and experience and track record would want to be exactly where he was, because he could have already gone anywhere and managed half the country for hot new publiccompany building a sales organization.
