Robotic, I felt like the interviewer was reading a script. It was not interactive, as I answered there was no elaboration on answer but simply on to the next question.

I was contacted by recruiter to set up a date for an interview. She contacted me on the wrong day and when it was time to reschedule, on the day of she never called. Very unprofessional company.
