I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process was terrible, I did not feel like I was being listened to, and the recruiter kept smirking when I answered. The interview was done next to the counter and it was loud so I could barely hear him. The questions were standard so easy to pass and starting pay is good.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Eagle Rock, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I uploaded my resume on Indeed. Around 6 recruiters each emailed me once a week. I finally replied to one of them. We scheduled a phone interview. This was followed by a video interview the next day. I didn't hear anything for almost a month. I had an in person interview with a district manager. It's been almost a week, and have yet to hear back from them.
Seems to be a very lengthy interview process.
