There were five interviews to go through, each stage I had to meet with various people. Additionally, in order to move up in the company, I had to enroll, voluntarily, in an out-of-pocket, class/training session.

Basic questions were asked by the General Manager and also some situational too. I was interviewed for about 20 minutes then after that, the GM said that if i passed this initial interview, i would still have 2 more interviews with them.
