Panda Express interview questions

Manager ask what was my interests in company.and if I ever thought of making a career, how much experience I had with the kitchen and front of house ect ect.

When I arrived the interview took all of 15 minutes and she really only focused on my past work history. She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for out of Panda, if I would be interested in learning BOH which may lead to promotions. She was very nice but compared to other interviews I have had this one felt a little less professional. When I arrived she seemed surprised to see me there and I had to wait almost 45 minutes before we started the interview.
