too many interview process. The manager was not smiling at all. way too serious. she explained me how everything works. have to multitask. work long hours shift. i had to at least three interview to get the ob. they do back ground check. and after you pass the background check you get hired. hard to get promoted. too many panel interview. they don work you and expect you to be super man and woman

friendly. to the point. told me a little about the job and how things work. talked about my interests and what im skilled at in and out of the work area. told me how i can move up in the company. asked me if im enrolled in any after school activites. asked if i would have trouble getting to and from work. had me talk to a few of the employees
