I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express in Aug 2015
Interview
I went to three one-on-one interviews. Two of which were casual dress sit-downs with the store manager, and one formal dress interview with the branch manager. After the first interview, I didn't hear back from them for almost a month. The first two interviews also lasted about half-hour each, and the last interview was about 5 minutes long.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Apple Valley, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I walked in and was told to wait for the manager and assistant manager to come out. The wait was no more than 5-10 minutes, and when they came out we went to a more secluded table, shook hands, introduced ourselves, and begun. Questions were basic generic interview questions. The interview was no more than half an hour, and afterwards they offered me complimentary food and drink. They were very gracious, even though I personally was socially awkward. Haven't heard back yet about whether or not I'm hired.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2016
Interview
There were two parts of the interview, whereas two team leaders interviewed followed by the manager of the location. They had my application in front of me and proceeded to ask me questions.
