Interview
Applied at the beginning of July 2016 and got a call two weeks later to go to an interview within a couple of hours that day. They made me sit down for over 20 minutes while the team was busy. Interview was just basic questions and information about yourself. Research on the company history as they tend to ask what you know about the company. Interview took about 20-30 minutes.

Interview
I applied online. Got an interview at the restaurant location within that same week. The manager that interviewed me acted like she hated her job and didn't put in any effort to seem enthusiastic. It was an uncomfortable interview but I accepted the offer anyway because I needed the money.

Interview
I initially meet a Panda representative at my university's career fair where I handed in my resume in person. About a week later I received an email from the representative for an online interview video submission. I was advised to complete the online video interview (via email) however I received a phone call interview from human resources instead. The phone call interview lasted around 30-35 minutes.
