I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express (Puyallup, WA)
Interview
The manager called me fairly soon after applying. There was no phone interview, he asked me to come in for one. There was a definite language barrier, making the interview very difficult communication wise. He asked me to start over several times, and did not ask me any professional questions. I left not even wanting the job after that.

Interview
I sent in an online application. The same day, the manager asked if I could come in for an interview. He and the assistant manager were polite and friendly, and basically said I was a perfect fit. I was excited, as the interview went well. I was told that the manager would call me back to arrange a meeting with his boss. He never did, I had to call them. He said he would call me back again, this time in a few days. A woman I had never met then called me for a phone interview. This was unexpected and not mentioned at all by the manager. She seemed biased against me from the start and had a rude and aggressive interview style that was practically bullying. At this point, I was no longer excited to work for Panda Express due to the lack of respect I was shown. It was a frustrating and annoying process, because the manager listened to the opinion of a biased stranger instead of himself. Would not apply again.

Interview
I went to three one-on-one interviews. Two of which were casual dress sit-downs with the store manager, and one formal dress interview with the branch manager. After the first interview, I didn't hear back from them for almost a month. The first two interviews also lasted about half-hour each, and the last interview was about 5 minutes long.
