You have to pass the online questioner before getting a call for a interview. They will ask you questions from a script but what they are looking for the most is that you have goals in life and what steps you are taking to achieve those goals such as going to college, getting a car, losing weight, ect.

i applied online and got an email for open interviews. the woman that interviewed me was nice and proffessional, she asked basic questions. the next day they sent me a background check and its been over a week and im still waiting to hear back.
