Interview
I got the job offer 2-3 months after my job interview. Worst background check, one month long where I had to do there job and provide everything for them. I got asked for Church “certificates”!?!
I agree with security and background check but usually for an Inventory position shouldn’t take more than 3 months the hiring process.
