Organon interview questions

HR screening is basically a rehash of my experiences and how they match the Job description. Pretty EZ to do, but also be prepared for relationship building and other interpersonal skils use; "Change Management" seemed to be a big topic.

Total 5 rounds of interview. 2 HR interview, 1 Line Managers and +1 Manager, 1 Case Interview. The case is a brand plan and situation analysis for to be launched portfolio.
