Organon interview questions

The call with HR was very quick and easy/typical. The interview with the hiring manager included loads of technical and tricky questions, purely about writing, nothing on project or team management/leadership. The hiring manager stated she was looking for someone with 15-20 years of pure regulatory writing experience, which was obviously not there in my CV, so I have no idea why she wanted to interview me. I immediately withdrew my application and cancelled all the interviews with the rest of the team that were scheduled for that and the following days.

Open, eerlijk, informatief, to the point, begrijpend, humaan en met wederzijds respect zonder al te veel poespas. Zowel telefonisch als via video call. Zoals het hoort en zou moeten zijn bij elk bedrijf dus.
