Interview process took incredibly long. They’re very slow to move things along. The real kicker? Was told by the hiring manager I’d be moving to the next stage and then got completed ghosted. Beware: recruiters and hiring managers WILL GHOST YOU! If you’re not moving forward with a candidate, do not tell them you are and then ghost them. Keep them updated along the way, send the rejection letter, and move on.
