Fiz uma entrevista de Project Manager na Orange que constituiu de um primeiro contato através de e-mail, um por telefone e três entrevistas, uma com a Saskia do RH e depois com os gerentes da área de São Paulo, fui bem direcionado desde o início até o fim do processo seletivo, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Orange é uma empresa incrível e sempre quis fazer parte, por fim recebi uma proposta e estou extremamente feliz. Entrevista é feita em inglês porque tem muita interação com parceiros de fora.

Le processus de recrutement est fluide et structuré : il démarre très rapidement lorsqu’ils manifestent un intérêt pour votre profil. En dehors de cela, il suit un schéma classique avec des échanges successifs avec les RH, le manager opérationnel et parfois le RRH. Cela reste donc un parcours simple, cohérent et sans complexité particulière.
