I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2022
Interview
Started off with a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. This consisted of the normal get to know me and for the hiring manager to go through the position.
The second interview was a technical screening that lasted about an hour. Started off with about 30 minutes of general discussion about development, python, docker, kubernetes, etc. Then the 2nd half was a live programming problem. I just shared my screen, could use any editor I wanted, and went through a programming problem.
The final interview was an entire day of 5 interviews over 5 hours, with a one hour break in the middle. The first was someone not on the team at all, so it was general behavior questions. The rest were all with members of the team I applied to, and was all tech discussions and going through my experience, no coding in these interviews but I hear that is rare.
The entire process took about a week from phone screen to final interview, and I received a verbal offer one week after the final interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Ciudad de Mexico) in Feb 2021
Interview
Interview questions [1]
