Interview process is very well planned and flexible on scheduled. It requires online assessment procedure and online interview/s. but it takes me one month for their response. but overall it was a great experience to be part of this company.

Interview
I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Three rounds of evaluation. First it was a phone call with the HR recruiter where he asked me some general questions about past experiences based on my profile. Part of this talk was in English to test my English level. The second round was a conversation with the manager, with more detailed questions about past experiences and a programming test with a variety of questions including logic, database, specific language and 2 algorithm implementations. The third round was a conversation with a CTO, with some architecture-specific questions and other programming testing. After that, the HR recruiter called me again and made the salary proposal.
selection process is mostly driven by the hiring team team itself.
Questions asked on data structures and algos, SQL queries and java concepts. An average knowledge in these areas would suffice. Not to hard
