I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
I applied online for a job there and went through various stages of interviewing, and all of them sounded promising. They put the job on hold and then told me that they'll review it in a couple of months, but that never happened. I chased up on that, and after a few emails sent in a few months, someone let me know they are picking it up again, and that I will be contacted to finalise the interview stages, but that never happened, so I just abandoned hope. I think that during the times we're living now, it's mentally exhausting to understand why people aren't following up on conversations with candidates that they indicate they'd be successfull in the roles they're interviewing for.

HR reached out and setup three interview panels, 30 min each. Interviewed with HR, hiring managers, hire manager peers and then with the practice director. A few weeks later HR called to talk about the offer. It was relatively fast.
