Lengthy interview process. Typical recruiter screen, hiring manager 45-min. interview and 5-hour loop with various stakeholders. People seemed engaged except for 2 stakeholders who did not seem to be interested in interviewing. For a company this size, I was quite disappointed in the poor quality of the recruitment process. I had to be chasing the recruiter, which was quite uncomfortable. I decided to decline the offer as I could not trust them anymore given the time I spent in their process.
