Oracle Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

Interview was with one recruiter and then a panel interview with around 30 candidates. During the interview there were break out rooms for team projects. Then you were pulled for individual interviews with hiring managers

From what I remembered, it was like 3 hours with a schedule of what to expect. The BDMs (I think they renamed them sales development managers but same thing) and they are the ones conducting the interview. The top BDMs were the ones interviewing so they usually have a first pick of people to join their team. So make your best impression cause a lot of success can be determined based off of who is your manager.
