incredibly long interview especially for it to be on zoom - however all in all a great experience. Not as difficult as I originally anticipated - just be confident, ask questions, participate in the activity
- way too intense
- way too long
-didn't feel like a personable approach to a position that would require a personable kind of outlook on a consumer facing role

Question 1
- introduce yourself and your reason for being interested in sales
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
Super great interview process. Difficult but well worth it. It was about a 3-week process from start to finish. It begins with an email from a recruiter in the location you applied to. You will submit a form explaining location preferences, availability, and why Oracle. Then there will be a pre-screening call from that recruiter with fairly basic questions although I would prepare still. Some asked were about how prior experience led to sales and NetSuite, basic "tell me about yourself", when was a time you failed, and explain in detail.
The second round is an intensive group interview via zoom where there is a manager panel, day-in-the-life BDR panel, and a 60-second pitch where each candidate (there were about 15 of us) has to explain their background, why sales, and a funny anecdote or something to be remembered by. Then you do a break-out room with a few other candidates and create a presentation about why you'd make a great sales team. After 15 minutes, you present to the managers and they will ask you to privately message them who is the least and most helpful out of the group.
If you get to the third round, it is an interview with a manager or two. They will ask you basic questions but also try to make you prove why you're qualified or have the tenacity for the role. There was a mock sales call too. They asked what I'm passionate about and to convince someone to partake in it. It's intense but stay confident and have a lot of good questions on hand.
I got an offer 2 weeks later
