Novartis Technical Lead interview questions

Absolutely spineless recruiting team! You'd try to follow up with them and they would tell you that they're still interviewing other candidates even after three months. They either don't have the guts to tell you that you're not selected or are just playing with you. It's such a simple job. Hopefully, the spineless group would be replaced by automated messages and IVR soon and they'll get a taste of their own medicine. Also, the interview was a breeze and I had a good time with the interviewees. Maybe they'll also learn to be honest with their reviews soon
