Novartis HR-Partner interview questions

Process? What is that, there is nothing like that, they conduct 3 rounds of interviews and then tell you they will get back which they don't. As a basic courtesy, I believe a yes or no is the least a candidate who has reached till Round-3 deserves to know. I feel pity for those working in this company, with such horrible ethics, I am genuinely sad for each and every employee who is working for this company.
