Novartis Assoc. Director interview questions

7 rounds of virtual interviews and a presentation. They would go silent for weeks between interviews. Interviews were scheduled as early as 6AM to accommodate the Swiss team. After the presentation, I attempted to contact the recruiter but she ghosted me for 6 weeks. Then she contacted me and told me I was being considered for the role. A week later, she sent me a form letter (email) to let me know I was not selected. The unprofessionalism is deeply concerning and I doubt I would have taken the position. They did not seem to know what they wanted and I don’t think it was limited to the hiring process.
