Interviewer was very friendly and briefed me about him and his company then followed up with questions which included my introduction and then he asked me questions on my project

In Technical rounds, questions were more approach based rather than normal process-based questions. Eg. They have asked why reconciliation and need for the same rather than how it is done. I need they wish to know if we have holistic understanding of the processes.
