Novartis Associate Director interview questions

Initial screening with HR - passed that. Then interviewed with director manager and two other leaders who I'd be interacting with. Questions focused predominantly on my experience and relating my experience to the key requirements of the role.

Interviewers are very scientific and the questions in addition to scientific advances, are also focusing on evaluating the strategic thinking of candidates. Recruitment process very smooth and HR is helpful with the onboarding.
