There were three steps
first is the phone call informing that you are accepted primary and asking about the time to send you the test
Coding test :
five tasks in python or any other language you choose ,the managers expect you to solve at least one task only.
interview for one hour > you have to explain your solutions for the tasks.

It was fast and easy going, the interviewer was calm. It took 15 minutes. I couldn't get through initial screening, and was not able to get to the technical interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Wrocław) in Jun 2018
Interview
1. Easy programming puzzle in my university
2. 1 hour technical on-site interview. It wasn't bad but was focused mostly on tech part (C++), not thinking
3. After two weeks I get positive response but already signed an offer in different company.
